2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bread

Simple and protein-packed cottage cheese bread that can be made in minutes with just two ingredients.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix in a bowl 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of your chosen flour.
  3. Add baking powder and a healthy pinch of salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the dough into small loaves or patties.
  5. Ready for baking, place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Enjoy with butter, jam, or as a side to a main dish. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
