Baked Feta Pasta

A deliciously simple dish featuring creamy feta cheese and bursting grape tomatoes, perfect for impressing dinner guests or enjoying a cozy night at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) brick of Feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep a medium-sized baking dish with the grape tomatoes.
  3. Add the feta cheese to the center of the tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
  4. Coat the tomatoes with remaining olive oil and give the dish a gentle shake.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and feta is melting.
  6. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Combine the roasted feta and tomatoes with cooked pasta and fresh basil.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

For variations, consider adding spinach for more veggies or grilled chicken for added protein.
