A delicious Balsamic Baked Chicken Breast that transforms ordinary chicken into a flavorful dish with a delightful explosion of flavors.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Make the marinade by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a baking dish and pouring the marinade over it.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Add the finishing touches by removing foil and baking for an additional 5-10 minutes for caramelization.
  6. Plate up the dish and serve with pan sauce drizzled over the chicken.

Notes

Letting the chicken marinate longer enhances the flavors. Serve with quinoa or roasted veggies.
