Crispy salmon bites slathered in a creamy, spicy mayo sauce served over rice with fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cornstarch

  • Sriracha Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep the Salmon: Rinse and pat dry salmon fillets, then cut into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat with Cornstarch: Toss salmon cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat the Oil: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Fry the Salmon Bites: Fry coated salmon in a single layer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Combine mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl; mix until smooth.
  6. Cook the Rice: Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  7. Prepare the Fresh Veggies: Chop fresh veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Assemble Your Bowls: Serve rice topped with salmon bites, fresh veggies, and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
