The Ultimate BLT Dip

A creamy, dippable version of the classic BLT sandwich, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Blend the sour cream and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the Ranch seasoning until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the chopped bacon and shredded cheese and fold gently.
  4. Don’t forget to add the chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes, mixing gently.
  5. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or in a hollowed bread bowl.

Notes

This dip tastes even better the next day as the flavors meld. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
