  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular for extra crunch)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (For frying)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce. Mix until just incorporated.
  2. Fold in the Bacon and Cheese: Add the crumbled bacon and mozzarella cubes to the chicken mixture.
  3. Shape Your Bombs: With your hands, take about a golf ball-sized portion of the mixture and carefully form it into a ball.
  4. Set Up Your Breading Station: In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, pour in the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, put the breadcrumbs.
  5. Bread the Bombs: First, roll each ball in the flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat the Oil: Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry Until Golden: Carefully add the bombs in small batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drain and Toss in Sauce: Remove the bombs and drain on paper towels, then drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over them.
  9. Serve Warm: Enjoy immediately while they’re hot and gooey.

Notes
