Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps

Quick and easy Chicken Caesar Wraps packed with protein and flavor, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by shredding leftovers or cooking new chicken until 165°F (75°C).
  2. Chop the lettuce after rinsing and drying it well.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken and romaine in a bowl with Caesar dressing.
  4. Assemble the wrap by laying the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve on a plate.

Notes

These wraps can be made with leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience. Serve them with sweet potato fries or fresh fruit.
