Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A comforting and creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole that combines tender chicken, ham, and cheesy goodness in one easy-to-make dish.

  • 1 lb cavatappi pasta
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup plain panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the cavatappi pasta until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, half & half, Dijon mustard, parsley, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the diced rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta to the bowl with the sauce. Gently fold to coat.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  7. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let the casserole sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
