Easy No-Bake Coconut Cream Pie Dip

A quick and delicious no-bake Coconut Cream Pie Dip that’s perfect for parties or a cozy night in.

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering them and softening the cream cheese.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sour cream and beat for another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add the powdered sugar gradually to avoid a sugar cloud.
  5. Flavor it up by stirring in the vanilla extract and ¾ cup of shredded coconut.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add crushed pineapple or for a nutty flavor, toss in some chopped nuts. This dip can be made a day in advance!
