Corn Ribs

Enjoy a fun, crunchy treat with these grilled corn ribs, seasoned to perfection and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by shucking the corn. Remove all the husks and silk, then rinse each ear under cold water.
  2. Stand the corn upright on a cutting board and carefully slice downward to cut the corn into quarters.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the corn ribs in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  4. Choose your cooking method: Grill at medium-high heat, bake at 400°F (200°C), or air fry at 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway until charred. For baking, roast for 20-25 minutes, broiling briefly for extra crispiness. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan or drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cayenne pepper for spice or fresh lime juice for a citrus twist.
