Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Let cream cheese soften, drain corn, and rinse black beans. Prep and dice veggies.
  2. Mix the creamy base: Combine cream cheese and sour cream; beat until fluffy.
  3. Toss in the key ingredients: Add corn, black beans, cheddar, onion, peppers, and jalapeños. Stir gently.
  4. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper; adjust flavors to taste.
