Delightful Crab Salad

A refreshing and protein-packed crab salad perfect for summer, with fresh veggies and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering and measuring everything out.
  2. Dice your cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion into uniform pieces.
  3. Mix the fresh crab meat, diced cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice mixture over the crab and veggies, and fold gently.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the salad on lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, mix in some Sriracha or red pepper flakes. Can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or avocado for a lighter option.
