Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Season the Meat: Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir to incorporate, sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Create the Cream Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and stir, then gradually add shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained pasta into the skillet with the sauce, mixing until fully coated.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
