Mango Smoothie

A refreshing mango smoothie that’s easy to make and perfect for quick breakfasts or post-workout snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango pieces
  • ½ medium banana
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and get yourself a blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango pieces to the blender.
  3. Toss in the banana, peeled and broken into chunks.
  4. Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Pour in the almond milk.
  6. Blend on a low setting, then gradually increase to high speed for 30-60 seconds.
  7. Taste the smoothie before serving and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Serve the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with spinach for a green smoothie or berries for a different flavor!
