Maryland Crab Dip

A creamy, dreamy Maryland Crab Dip perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 cups lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Soften the cream cheese, letting it sit out for about 30 minutes.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until creamy.
  4. Fold in the lump crab meat and green onions gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
