  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your nectarines by washing them and slicing in half to remove pits.
  2. Melt the vegan butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Coat the halved nectarines with the mixture.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the nectarines in the fryer basket, cut side up.
  7. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Get them out carefully using tongs.
