Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Wash the watermelon and peaches thoroughly. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice the peaches around the pit.
  2. Slice up the red onion: Thinly slice the red onion, soaking in cold water for 10 minutes to mellow the flavor if desired.
  3. Chop the mint: Wash and pat dry the mint, then chiffonade it into thin strips.
  4. Mix it up: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the watermelon, peaches, and red onion.
