  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Streusel mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and softened cream cheese in a bowl.
  4. Spread the pumpkin-cheese mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Add the spice cake mix over the pumpkin layer without mixing.
  6. Prepare the streusel by mixing brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel over the cake mix.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
