Star Spangled Cheesecake Dip

A creamy, delightful cheesecake dip perfect for festive gatherings, loaded with fruity flavors.

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the base by beating the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk gradually while continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Flavor it up by adding the vanilla extract and mixing until blended.
  5. Fold in the blueberry and strawberry pie fillings with a spatula gently.
  6. Add the diced strawberries and blueberries to the mixture.
  7. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least an hour.
  8. Serve it in a bowl garnished with extra berries and surrounded by your dippers.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
