Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for searing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the pork by trimming any excess fat and patting it dry.
  3. Season the pork liberally with salt and pepper.
  4. Make the garlic butter mixture by combining butter, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
  5. Sear the tenderloin in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Soak the seared tenderloin with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Rest the pork for 5-10 minutes before slicing into medallions.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with sautéed green beans or a fresh salad. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices.
