Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad

  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the fruits and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the creamy cheesecake dressing by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then adding the whipped topping and vanilla extract.
  3. Toss the chopped fruits together in a large mixing bowl gently.
  4. Combine the cheesecake dressing with the fruits and delicately fold until well-coated.
  5. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes
