Healthy BLT Wraps with Secret Sauce

A light and fresh take on the classic BLT sandwich, featuring crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado, and a delicious secret sauce wrapped in crunchy lettuce leaves.

  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and gently patting them dry.
  2. Make the secret sauce by combining mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble the wraps by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate, spreading the secret sauce, and layering the bacon, tomato, and avocado.
  5. Wrap the lettuce leaf around the filling tightly.
