Refreshing Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles

Enjoy a refreshing blend of creamy yogurt and vibrant fruits in these delightful popsicles, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruits by washing them thoroughly and prepping as needed.
  2. Blend your prepared fruits in a blender until smooth.
  3. Mix in the yogurt and cream until well combined and creamy.
  4. Assemble the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Unmold by running warm water over the molds and gently pulling them out. Garnish with mint if desired.

Notes

Experiment with different fruit combinations for unique flavors. Consider adding a tablespoon of protein powder for a health boost.
