High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese Meal Prep

A high-protein twist on the classic comfort food, this Honey BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese is perfect for meal prep and satisfies your cheesy cravings without the guilt.

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup low-fat cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prep the chicken by shredding cooked breast or using rotisserie chicken.
  3. Combine BBQ sauce, honey, and milk in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
  4. Mix macaroni, shredded chicken, and cheese into the BBQ sauce mixture.
