  • 4 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 Cups Green Beans, Trimmed
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop up the garlic and juice your lemon.
  2. Heat the skillet: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken: Season and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Add garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet when chicken is nearly done.
  5. Squeeze that lemon: Add lemon juice after garlic is fragrant.
  6. Toss in the green beans: Stir in the trimmed green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the remaining butter: Stir in the last 2 tablespoons of butter to create a sauce.
