  • Panko breadcrumbs (½ cup)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping (¼ cup)
  • Unsalted butter (melted, 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gently pounding the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, allowing the flavors to meld.
  3. Sear the chicken in a preheated skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Create the sauce by mixing ranch dressing, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Assemble the dish by pouring the creamy sauce over the chicken, then topping with mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake the skillet in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Prepare the breadcrumb topping by combining melted butter with remaining panko breadcrumbs, adding it on top after baking, and returning to oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
