Mango Slaw

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients – Chop the mangoes, shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and slice the onion.
  2. Make your dressing – Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
