Maple Mustard Chicken

  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by trimming any excess fat and patting it dry.
  2. Make the glaze by whisking together maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5-6 minutes on one side before flipping.
  5. Add the maple-mustard glaze over the chicken after flipping. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken rest off the heat for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice the chicken and drizzle with the remaining glaze, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
