BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

A delicious and protein-packed wrap filled with shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and creamy coleslaw, perfect for summer meals.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (any variety you prefer)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Give it a good stir until every piece is coated.
  2. Make the Slaw: In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix in your coleslaw mix until evenly coated.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Warm your tortillas slightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay your tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the BBQ chicken and slaw in the center. Add cilantro and green onions if using.
  5. Roll It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll from the bottom up to keep everything snug inside.
  6. Slice and Serve: Slice your wrap in half to reveal the filling, and serve with your choice of sides.
