High-Protein Pool Dip

A creamy, flavorful dip perfect for summer gatherings, packed with protein and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped chicken (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather your tools: a large mixing bowl, a spatula, and measuring cups.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and ranch dressing in your mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in the shredded cheese and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Incorporate the chopped chicken, if using, and gently fold it in.
  6. Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix and stir to combine everything.
  7. Cover the dip with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve the dip with a final stir, transferring it to a serving bowl and sprinkling chopped green onions on top.

Notes

Great served with crunchy veggies or tortilla chips! Can be made ahead of time for best flavor.
