Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry
  • Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • Cream Cheese Slices
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out and cutting into squares or circles.
  3. Place the pastry in a greased muffin tin to form the tart shells.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with cinnamon and lemon juice until creamy.
  5. Fill each pastry shell with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the sliced peaches on top.
  7. Drizzle with honey.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
