Easy Bruschetta Recipe

A delightful Italian appetizer with warm, crisp bread topped with juicy tomatoes, aromatic basil, and a drizzle of rich balsamic.

  • 4 Tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Basil Leaves, cut into strips
  • 1 Baguette
  • Parmesan, as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Mix together diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until crisp.
  6. Build the Bruschetta by loading each toast with the tomato mixture.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan and serve immediately.
