A delicious twist on a classic favorite, these Cheesy Biscuit Pizzas combine comfort and creativity using flaky biscuit dough and customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • Home Style Biscuit Dough
  • Butter (for greasing and melting)
  • Shredded Italian Cheese
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Mini Pepperonis
  • Garlic (freshly minced or powder)
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with melted butter.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface until about ½ inch thick.
  4. Cut out circles from the rolled-out dough using a cookie cutter or glass rim.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of each biscuit circle.
  6. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce on each biscuit base, spreading it evenly.
  7. Layer on shredded Italian cheese followed by mozzarella.
  8. Add mini pepperonis and sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  9. Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
