Addictive Crack Pasta Salad

A vibrant and flavorful pasta salad packed with fresh veggies, creamy feta, and a zingy Italian dressing, perfect for any occasion.

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta of choice and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Veggies: While your pasta is cooking, chop up all those colorful veggies. Slice the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber and bell pepper, and finely chop the red onion.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and black olives. Gently fold everything together.
  4. Add the Feta and Seasoning: Crumble your feta into the salad. Then sprinkle over the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dressing it Up: Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Chill and Serve: For the best flavor, let your pasta salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Toss before serving.
