A simple yet irresistibly delicious dessert featuring warm, baked nectarines drizzled with honey and topped with vanilla ice cream.

  • 4 ripe nectarines
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the nectarines thoroughly and cut each one in half to remove the pit.
  3. Place the nectarines cut side up in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly over each nectarine half.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and bubbling.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
