Pumpkin Cherry Cheesecake Dump Cake

An effortless yet indulgent dessert combining creamy pumpkin puree and tart cherry pie filling, topped with a buttery cake mix.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can (21 oz) Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish and lightly grease it.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree with the cherry pie filling in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the cream cheese layer by beating it until smooth and dolloping it over the pumpkin-cherry blend.
  5. Dump the vanilla cake mix evenly over the layers.
  6. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cake mix layer.
  7. Bake for about 35-45 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
