Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash and dice all selected fruits, removing any stems and cores.
  2. Combine the Salsa Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, and pineapple with lime juice and honey.
  3. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Chips: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush one side of flour tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle it over the tortillas.
  4. Bake for Crunchiness: Bake the tortilla chips for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  5. The Big Reveal: Remove chips from oven and let cool. Stir the fruit salsa to distribute flavors.
  6. Plate and Serve: Spoon the salsa into a bowl and arrange warm cinnamon sugar chips around it for dipping.
