  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients by setting up your station with all the necessary tools: a sharp knife, a cutting board, a large mixing bowl, and a whisk.
  2. Prepare the fruit by washing the strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. Slice the strawberries and kiwi, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Toss the fruits into the mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the banana last to prevent browning, and add it directly into the bowl.
  4. Make the dressing by combining honey and lime juice in a small bowl and whisking until smooth.
  5. Add the poppy seeds to the dressing and stir.
  6. Combine the dressing with the fruit in the mixing bowl and gently toss everything together.
  7. Chill the salad for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
