High Protein Crack Dip

A delicious, high-protein dip that’s creamy and savory, perfect for gatherings or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
  • 22.5 tbsp ranch seasoning (or 1 packet ranch dressing mix)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese of choice)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (or turkey bacon; about 5 cooked strips)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and chop green onions.
  2. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the cheese by folding in the shredded cheddar until integrated.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños. This dip can be made ahead of time and is even better after sitting for a few hours.
