  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Breast the chicken by coating it with breadcrumbs in one bowl and olive oil in another.
  4. Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Prep the bread by toasting it with a little olive oil.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by layering bread, romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half and serve with extra dressing or chips.

Notes
