Easy Olive Oil Mediterranean Pasta

A simple yet flavorful Olive Oil Mediterranean Pasta with garlic, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese, perfect for quick dinners.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. Prepare the Olive Oil Mixture: In a large frying pan over medium heat, pour in the olive oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Introduce the Vegetables: Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix Everything Together: Drain the pasta and toss it into the frying pan, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Add the Finishing Touches: Remove from heat and fold in crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh basil.
