Easy Air Fryer Salmon

A simple and scrumptious air fryer salmon recipe that is healthy, delicious, and perfect for weeknights.

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  6. Cook the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, checking for flakiness.
  7. Allow the salmon to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with sautéed veggies or a vibrant salad for a complete meal. Add lemon juice for a zesty kick.
