  • Corn or flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
  3. Assemble the casserole by layering tortillas, cooked beef, salsa, and cheese in a large casserole dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh cilantro and sour cream.
