  • 1 cup Mashed Sweet Potato (cooked)
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix (around 15 oz)
  • 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. Combine the pumpkin puree and mashed sweet potato in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle the entire box of spice cake mix over the mixture without stirring.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  5. Top with chopped pecans for added crunch.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving warm.
