Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots

Celebrate Independence Day with vibrant, tasty, and fun Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots that are sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Gelatin (3 oz)
  • Blue Raspberry Gelatin (3 oz)
  • Water
  • Vodka (1 cup)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your Jello molds: Grab your shot glasses or a large mold for these beauties and ensure they’re clean and dry.
  2. In a heat-resistant bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
  3. Stir till it completely dissolves. Add 1/2 cup of vodka and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the red mixture into the bottom third of your shot glasses and then refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  5. Combine 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water in a clean bowl. Stir until well-combined.
  6. Add in another 1/2 cup of vodka once cooled.
  7. Remove the shot glasses from the fridge and gently pour this white layer on top of the red layer, filling them two-thirds full. Refrigerate for another hour.
  8. Dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in 1/2 cup of vodka and let cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Pour the blue layer over the white layer, filling the glasses to the brim and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully set.
  10. Add whipped cream on top for garnish and optional festive toppings.

Notes

Layering is key for vibrant colors; ensure each layer sets completely before adding the next for best results.
