Sunrise Sunset Tropical Smoothie

A refreshing blend of strawberries, pineapple, orange, and mango to energize your morning.

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: hull and chop strawberries, peel and segment the orange, and measure out pineapple and mango.
  2. Blend it all together: combine strawberries, pineapple, orange segments, mango, and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency: taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
  4. Add ice (optional): blend in a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder texture.
  5. Pour and enjoy: serve the smoothie in your favorite glass, garnished with fruit if desired.

Notes

For a nutritional boost, consider adding spinach or protein powder. Can prep fruits in advance.
