  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • ¾ cup finely chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 4 lavash bread sheets or 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and finely chop your chosen vegetables.
  2. Mix the spread: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until creamy. Add the Ranch seasoning mix and dill weed, stirring until combined.
  3. Add in the cheese and veggies: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and your chopped vegetables.
  4. Prepare the tortillas: Lay out your lavash sheets or tortillas on a clean surface.
  5. Spread the mixture: Take a generous scoop and spread it evenly over each tortilla, leaving an inch border.
  6. Roll it up: Start at one end and gently roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  7. Chill to set: Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Slice & Serve: Once chilled, unwrap and cut each roll into 1-inch thick slices. Arrange on a platter.
