Watermelon Feta Skewers

A refreshing summer treat combining sweet watermelon, creamy feta, and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon: Fresh, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Feta Cheese: Block, crumbled
  • Blueberries: Fresh
  • Skewers: Wooden or metal

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by cutting the watermelon and crumbling the feta.
  2. Assemble the skewers by alternating watermelon, blueberries, and feta.
  3. Repeat until all ingredients are used, making about 10-12 skewers.
  4. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve, optionally drizzle with balsamic reduction or honey.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or citrus juice. These skewers are best cold and can be made ahead of time.
