  • ¼ cup pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon filets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  6. Brush the glaze generously over each filet.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Broil for the last minute to caramelize the glaze.
