Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake

A comforting and flavorful dish combining tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and creamy Alfredo sauce enveloped in pasta.

  • 2 cups Chicken (boneless, skinless), cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups Broccoli (fresh or frozen), chopped
  • 8 ounces Pasta (penne, whole wheat, gluten-free, or spiralized zucchini)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, around 8-10 minutes; save a cup of pasta water.
  3. Prepare broccoli by chopping it into bite-sized florets.
  4. Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Mix together cooked pasta, chopped chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Final touch: sprinkle grated Parmesan on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
